The Fellowship for British Hairdressing are delighted to announce the Westrow Academy as a Centre of Excellence.
The Westrow Academy will be The Fellowship’s second centre of excellence, alongside West Suffolk College.
The Westrow Academy was announced as a Centre of Excellence following having an active relationship with The Fellowship for British Hairdressing. The facilities of the establishment were also inspected to ensure they were of the highest standards to deliver excellent hairdressing training and education.
Now being announced as a Centre of Excellence, all hairdressing and barbering students will gain a Fellowship Membership, allowing them to gain access to training and events across the UK to further enhance their college education.
To celebrate the news, The Fellowship will be holding an open evening in early October to invite the 100+ salons that Westrow Academy are working with.
Delighted with the new Centre of Excellence, CEO for The Fellowship for British Hairdressing, Barry Stephens, said, “We are elated to have the Westrow Academy as our second centre of excellence. The Academy has supported us significantly over the years, hosting events and educational days/evenings and since its opening in 2014, it has become one of the most established and recognised training facilities in the UK known for its incredible training policies and education team. We look forward to working with them further and giving the Academy students more opportunities to develop their hairdressing skills and knowledge.”
