Following one of the most memorable Fellowship Luncheons to date, the winners of this years Fellowship Art & Commerce Awards and medal recipients came together for the annual celebratory lunch, held at Dishoom in Shoreditch.
Attendees from all over the UK attended the lunch were welcomed by familiar faces from the Fellowship Executive Board and Head Office. Brought together by the Fellowship, the winners and medallists enjoyed an informal networking session followed by some welcome drinks before being welcomed by President Robert Eaton and Vice President Ashleigh Hodges.

“Myself and the whole Fellowship team are delighted to welcome you all to our annual winners lunch, a day which is all about you, our winners and medalists. The last year has been incredibly memorable for everyone involved within the Fellowship and you have been recognised not only for your passion and success within the industry but for being an integral part of the Fellowship itself. Today is all about celebrating you and your successes.”
Vice President Ashleigh Hodges added, “I’m so delighted to see you all here today and to see so much passion in one room. Being part of the Fellowship is something that a lot of us have grow up with and it has been an incredible part of our own personal journeys, and we are delighted to have you with us on this new journey as we look to the future of the Fellowship.’

Amongst the VIP’s attending was a Fellowship Patron, Errol Douglas MBE, who has been an integral part of the Fellowship throughout his career. Errol’s creativity and passion for education has allowed many to connect and work closely with him during their time as part of the Project teams.
A fabulous lunch was served and the drinks flowed, whilst attendees caught up with one another, shared their own career and industry experiences and enjoyed an afternoon of informal networking and discussion. F.A.M.E. Team Leader Sally Brooks then presented the 2024 F.A.M.E. Team with their certificates of achievement, following their induction into the team at the 2023 Luncheon and Awards.
Also attending was current Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year Tracey Ann Smith, who was still incredibly shocked at her new title, “I still cannot believe it, being crowned Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year is something I would never have expected. Throughout my career so far, the opportunities that being part of this unique organisation has provided have been life changing, and I am forever thankful. Education and evolution never stops in the Fellowship and I will forever thank and honour the team and pathways.”

CEO Barry Stephens added, “The winner’s lunch is always a fabulous afternoon, full of conversations, creativity and friendship. It’s a chance for us to introduce newer faces and allow our team to connect with everyone on a much mor relaxed level. We are extremely fortunate to have a fabulous member base who share our passion for evolution and change, with a common goal of pushing the industry forward.”
