You will study the following units:Follow Health and Safety Practice in the Salon Working in the Hair Salon Client Consultation for Hair Services Shampooing and Condition the Hair and Scalp Colour and Lighten the Hair Cut Women’s Hair The Art of Dressing Hair Additional units may include: The Art of Colouring Hair, Salon Reception Duties and Create an Image based on a Theme within the Hair and Beauty Sector.Students are expected to actively take part in shows and events, as the college is involved in community productions throughout the year. They may be opportunities to visit trade events and fashion shows as part of the course.
