Former salon owner Ben White has joined Karine Jackson’s senior team as Curly Hair Specialist. With 25 years experience in the hairdressing industry, Ben has worked around the world as a session stylist. He has consulted on high profile projects for MTV and styled hair for television commercials, makeover shows and London Fashion Week. He then went on to set up and run the award-winning Fordham White salon in Soho.
After helping to set up Eleven Hair, Ben was voted one of London’s most talented stylists and blow drying expert by Tatler magazine. An amazing all-round stylist and colourist, Ben has carved out a reputation for cutting curly hair (he’s even written a curly hair manual publishing in the US in 2016). He uses a dry-cutting technique that allows him to get the best shape out of each individual type of curl and he spends time with each client to gain an in-depth understanding of their hair type and lifestyle, skilfully interpreting their requests to deliver results that keep them coming back again and again.
Ben said, “I love the salon’s organic approach for curls, which need the most conditioning colour and products to maintain their condition. It’s the perfect fit for me and I’m really enjoying being part of such a well established, award-winning team.”
