To celebrate the relaunch of the Westgate Arcade in Peterborough, the P.Kai salon joined in the spirit of the 1930’s themed day by dressing up and giving out gifts and vouchers to shoppers. Completing the theme were a group of dancers and band who kept the shoppers entertained throughout the day
